Up Special — Meteor Dive8 Damage

Frallan hovers in place for a moment before flying forward in any direction held. Frallan's flight path can be adjusted as she flies forward. This move has a hitbox on her head which deals a small amount of damage and knockback. Once the active frames end, Frallan enters freefall, leaving her more vulnerable to being intercepted by opponents or ledgehogged.
