Orka is a playable character in Slap City, originally from Ludosity's mobile fighting game Healthy Weapon. She was added in the version 1.1 update.

Playstyle

Orka slot.png Orka is a speedy and hyper-aggressive boxer, tailor-made for breaking through her opponent’s defense and not giving them room to breathe.
Play if you like
  • Fast Playstyle: A moveset built for aggression and rushdown.
  • Strong Offense: Having multiple ways to break through your opponent’s defense.
  • Movement Specials: Burst movement specials that are perfect for ending or extending combos.
  • Aggressive Normals: Extremely fast normal attacks and aerials that allow you to stay on top of your opponent.
Avoid if you dislike
  • Rushdown: Being forced to approach your opponent and play at a fast pace to succeed.
  • Low Range: Typically low range and lack of disjoint that requires you to be in your opponent’s face.
  • Unconventional Combo Tools: A high reliance on canceling specials into jumps or attacks and the clutch mechanic.

8 A slide kick on the ground, and a dive kick in the air. In the air, the special button can be held to perpetually dive kick. Both variants can be jump cancelled upon hitting an opponent, and the aerial version can be clutched to switch horizontal momentum. Note that the aerial version can be jumped out of even if Orka has already expended her double jump. The grounded version loses its momentum when hitting a shield, similar to Jenny Fox's down tilt.

Easter eggs & secrets

  • Holding clutch while pressing taunt causes Orka to take a bite from one of her watermelons and spit a seed out behind her. This seed has a weak hitbox.
  • Pressing taunt while holding the attack button activates an attack where Orka crushes her watermelons together. Can be jump-canceled on hit.
  • Pressing taunt after grabbing an opponent causes Orka to strangle the opponent for a bit before a referee has to break up the fight. This heals Orka for 10% and the opponent for 5%.
