Omega Oblivion of Obliteration is a secret level in Story Mode accessible by clearing the large, optional gap at the end of Secret Skyway. It’s a ludicrously long, difficult level requiring perfect execution of each characters’ abilities. As such, there is absolutely no reward for completing the level other than pride. There are also no unlockables to be found within the level itself. Uniquely, you are also granted infinite lives in this level.

Obstacles

  • Instant-Death Spikes: Red spikes that are littered throughout the entire level. They instantly KO you if you touch them. The only ways to touch the spikes without getting KO’d are to airdodge through them, or by sliding into them while holding shield; at which point they instantly break your shield.
  • Office Chairs: Appears in every timeline during the section filled with Suns. Another chair also appears towards the end of the momentum gap in Business Casual Man’s timeline.
  • Bumpers: Appears in every timeline except Ittle Dew, Masked Ruby, Ultra Fishbunjin 3000 and Asha’s. Business Casual Man’s timeline also features two Corner Bumpers near the end.
  • Conveyor Belts: Appears in every timeline except Ittle Dew, Business Casual Man and Goddess of Explosions’s. They appear after the first large gap; requiring you to build momentum on them to clear an even larger gap. The other characters must use a flat, horizontally moving platform to do this instead (aside from Goddess of Explosions).
  • Jagged Spikes: Only appears in Business Casual Man’s timeline. Aside from looking more jagged, these spikes behave just like the spikes found in every other level. You are meant to use down special to tank through them.
  • Grey Crystals: Only appears in Business Casual Man’s timeline. These crystals exist purely to be hit so that you can earn money for canceling up-special with neutral-special.
  • Crystals: Only appears in Asha’s timeline. The last section before the Exit has a few crystal puzzles requiring use of Asha’s down strong.

Four Space Nörds appear at the very end of the level walking back and forth on the clouds leading to the Exit.

Items

  • Golden Heart: Appears before the large gap preceding the momentum gap in Ittle Dew’s timeline. It grants the maximum possible health once picked up, since you need the health to tank Ittle’s bombs in order to cross the gap.

Trivia

  • There was once a glitch concerning the Instant-Death Spikes in which letting them shield-break you in a certain way would grant a tremendous amount of horizontal momentum. This has since been patched out.
  • The first section of this level in Goddess of Explosions' timeline was toned down due to the difficulty of it.
